/ Audio work generated by ALGO on the exhibition "Sound Exchange" at the Letschebach Artspace gallery on the 29th Sept in Karlsruhe, Germany.

/ This album is the result of the installation exhibited. The sound presented here was modulated using personal data inserted by the participants.

/ About the installation:
/ The piece aimed to reflect on how people relate to their sharing of personal data in the digital world. In one survey format and through a data processing software, the public was asked to share personal information such as name, weight, height, political opinion or marital status. This data was subsequently processed by the software developed for the installation. In the gallery it was then possible to hear the sound composition generated using the personal data of the people who were participating.

/ ALGO is a collective that develops generative electronic music projects from the personal information of the participants of their art installations. The digital processes developed for human surveillance are at the center of their work and reflections.
